Ashley James Autotrim currently produces luxury tailored carpet mat sets for more than 3000 different vehicles. Our carpets are available in a wide range of colours to suit your requirements and available in 5 different qualities.                

Premium
A good quality entry level competitively priced textile manufactured specifically for the automotive industry. Its 600g polypropelene needlepunch material is hard wearing, water and mud resistant and has a granular non-slip backing. 

Available in BLACK, ANTHRACITE and GREY.

Supreme
A superb quality most often used in your new vehicles.  It is durable, hard wearing and a tufted pile punched fibre. Twice the thickness of Premium with a smooth elephant hide style rubber backing.

Luxury
Speaks for itself - a thick 950g deep pile tufted carpet.  Each tuft is made up of grouped fibres to form a thicker tuft.  Plush and luxurious with a thick sponge backing and then a granular rubber backing. Has an extra feature of a chalk moisture barrier between the fibre ends and the rubber backing.  This barrier helps draw moisture away from the top surface of the mat to maintain a dry finish and prolong the life of your carpets.  Generally used for the higher end vehicles.

Available in BLACK, ANTHRACITE, GREY and BEIGE.

Executive
A smart two tone BLACK/GRAPHITE twist pile punched fabric re-inforced with a flexible rubber backing. Also has the extra feature of the chalk moisture barrier between the fibre ends and the rubber backing.  This carpet is ideal for executive coaches, limousines were quality is required but a hard wear and tear standard is utmost.

Superwool

A luxurious quality carpet combining a multi fibre twisted punch fabric with the added blend of wool to give it that soft but luxurious feel.  Hard wearing and durable and easy to be kept clean.  Backed with a thick hessian backing, ideally requiring laying onto or stitching onto a thicker jute underfelt kit.  Can be glued down onto floors or layed over the top of underfelt and soundproofing.  The older classic cars such as Rolls Royce, Bentley, Bristol, Jaguar etc look superb trimmed in this carpet.

Available in 14 different colours from a soft pale cream to a nero black, with reds, blues, browns, greys and greens also available.

The majority of our mats are supplied in Premium, Supreme or Luxury, quality is specified on the listing.  If however you wish to have your carpets manufactured in a material of your choice this can be arranged.  Price would be subject to amount of material used and quality of material chosen.
