Ashley James Autotrim Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these.

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions made from our Ecommerce Website, EBay listings or EBay store.
The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. The laws of England & Wales shall govern the contract between us and any dispute will be resolved in the aforementioned courts.

Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta and Solo over the telephone and also Paypal payments. If paying by credit or debit card you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. We also accept cheques or postal orders, however all cheques must clear the bank before the order will be processed. This will add a minimum of 7 working days to your delivery date. Please make your cheque payable to The Bronzart Casting Co.

When you place your order with us, we take full payment for the goods. Errors on our website are rare, and we take every precaution to ensure our information is correct and up to date. However, mistakes can happen. In the unlikely event of an error in price being made on our website, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to amend or cancel your order.

Delivery

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials, postage costs and labour. We may, in certain circumstances, charge a small insurance fee if the purchase price of the item is greater than £100. This is to ensure that should your order be lost in the post or by the carrier we will replace at our cost.

Delivery will be to the registered card holders address, EBay address, or to a designated delivery address which has been confirmed prior to despatch. This is to protect the customer as well as ourselves. If there is a genuine reason for delivering to a different address, we can deliver to your work address ONLY.

As an extra security measure before release of goods, you may receive a phone call from us to confirm your order.
Dispatch usually takes place within 5 working days of placing your order. Apart from the Interior trim packages which are made to order as per required specification.  W will contact you if a delivery is going to take longer than we would normally expect and this may be up to 28 working days.

Our Delivery Department is unable to guarantee exact delivery times. We recommend that you do not arrange dates for your fitters or book garage time until the products have arrived and have been checked for correctness and/or damage.

Whilst we make every reasonable attempt to deliver promptly and within the estimated time frame, we can not be held responsible in any event for sudden stock shortages or manufacturing delays. We will make every effort to keep our customers informed in any such event. For delays of more than 28 days you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE DESPATCHED USING A SIGNED FOR DELIVERY SERVICE.  PLEASE ENSURE THAT THERE WILL BE SOMEONE AT YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS TO SIGN FOR THE PARCEL.  ALTERNATIVELY YOU MUST MAKE ARRANGEMENTS AND INFORM US IMMEDIATELY OF ANY CHANGES TO THE ABOVE CONDITION.

WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR FAILED DELIVERIES DUE TO NO ONE BEING AVAILABLE TO ACCEPT AND SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY.  ANY ITEMS RETURNED TO US AS UNDELIVERABLE WILL INCUR A CHARGE FOR THE RETURN, AND THEN A SUBSEQUENT CHARGE FOR REDESPATCH OF THE ITEM.

Cancellation and returns

You are within your rights to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after you received the goods without giving a reason.

The goods must be returned in an unfitted condition with its original packaging and in a pristine saleable condition within 7 days of notifying ourselves of the cancellation. You must also pay the cost of returning the goods, this is non-refundable. If you are unable to return the goods yourself, we can arrange for this to be done on your behalf, but we will charge you for this service.
Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will either be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account or credited less a 25% surcharge.

Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be revoked.

All returned goods must be returned via a traceable, signed for delivery service.  Any returning goods lost in transit are the responsibility of the sender.  Proof of posting is not proof that the return has been completed.  All returns must have a signed for proof of delivery mandate.

We cannot be held responsible for any injuries or resulting financial loss from accidents related to the order. We will not be liable for any loss of time and monies resulting from delays, non-deliveries and wrong delivery.
